Returns are on us! We understand (however unlikely) that sometimes a product might not be what you expected, that's why all returns to ai life ship free via Qxpress. This allows both you and us to easily track your returned item(s).

However, please remember, unused items must be returned to us within 7 days from the original date of purchase in original state. Once we've received your item at ai life, we will process the refund for the product received (not including shipping and handling) using your original payment method.

exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, return the unused purchased product to us. In the meantime, you can immediately place another order for the item you want, or you can wait until we receive the returned item at ai life and credit your account.

refunds

Once we receive your returned package at ai life, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point, a refund will be issued to you for the amount paid for your item(s) using your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to show in your account.
