Shipping is free on all domestic orders, and, if a product is under warranty and you are claiming parts, there is no charge.

delivery times within Singapore
Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with Qxpress or Singpost, so your item should arrive within 3 business days.
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the tracking number and shipment method of your order (Qxpress) (Singpost). At that point, you can check your order status at any time by signing into my account.

canceling an order
Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and ships your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to AI Life Holdings, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
